Deadly love

Many forms love may take
When it hunts down for the kill.
In a summer, hot as blaze,
Of flaming hot and choking love,
I don't even dare to dream.

Once upon a time I felt
The warm touch of a sweet soul,
As did ice, the love has melt
Under the sun's blinding warmth.

Now, I hesitate to fall.
Maybe I still have the bruises
My wings melt as I approach,
Never fail to to find excuses.

Listen to me, oh, child of love:
You come to me like it's nothing
Maybe you have never fall,
Nor did you got badly burned
While got lost in blindly loving.

Take back your sweet long glances
Cause' they make me wanna scream,
No matter their innocence,
Love, is going for the kill.
